Lizzie Hammitt, the owner of Nutrition by Lizzie, has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Rutgers University. She has planned menus for diabetic and cardiac patients working as a Dietetic Technician for Cabrini Medical Center in New York City. She has also worked as a Nutritionist for Women, Infant and Children (WIC), educating parents on infant, child, and prenatal nutrition. With expertise in holistic and allopathic nutrition, as well as with years of food service experience under her belt, she has helped many clients integrate nutrition and culinary exploration to create a healthy lifestyle. Lizzie is a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association and the Slow Food movement. Combining her background in nutrition, food and health, she provides her clients with restaurant-quality, delicious and nutritious meals that they can enjoy in the privacy of their own home.
